Drivers must be at least 23 years old and under 72 years of age. For drivers under 25 or over 72 years old, full diamond insurance coverage is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
FREE CANCELLATION AND FULL REFUND IF YOU CANCEL YOUR CAR HIRE RESERVATION 24 HOURS BEFORE CAR HIRE RENTAL RESERVATION BOOKING.

IF A CAR IS RETURN BEFORE THE END OF YOUR AGREEMENT DATED RETURN REFUND IS NOT VALID

ZERO Deposit

All drivers must be aged between 23 and 72. Upon collection, present your valid UK or EU issued driver’s license to the car rental provider. You must have held this for 3 years or more. If your license was not issued in the UK or EU, you must also present an International Driving Permit. You will also need to provide your passport as additional proof of identity. UK license holders do not need to obtain a DVLA code to share their endorsements prior to collection.

1 hour grace period is provided after your scheduled car return time. If you exceed this 1-hour grace period, a charge for one full day will apply.

Return Car Hire Before Your Rental Agreement Dated Refund is Not Applied

All fines resulting from the driver’s misconduct are born solely by the renter. If the renter fails to pay them, Yours Car Hire  will settle the fine and will charge the customer with the full amount of traffic fine plus the non-refundable amount of the Incident Administration Fee (25€ per case).

Premium Insurance Package

• Top-up your rental car with our Premium Insurance Package for only €4 euros per day and enjoy your holidays in Cyprus. This Package includes;
  • Recovery,
  • Covered (Wheels&Tyres, Windscreen,Side Mirrors Underbody Damages) to all car categories.
  • Excess Remains The Same.

PACKAGE C
Diamond Insurance Package

• Top up your rental car with Our Full Diamond Insurance package for only €9 euros per day and enjoy your holidays anxious free.
• This Package includes (interior and exterior damages, Tyres, Wheels, Windscreen, Underbody, Windows and Side Mirrors, lost of keys Collision Damages, Recovery .
• The excess of the Diamond Insurance Package is €100 euros.

Excess Liability is the amount determined by the car rental supplier for which you can be held liable in case of Damages to Your Car Hire, fire,theft of the vehicle, Damages Wheels or loss of Tyres, lost Of Keys or Damages Keys, Interior, Windscreen, Underbody, Windows and Side Mirrors Are Not covered by the Standard Insurance.

OFF ROAD
Any Off Road Damages on All About Insurance ( STANDARD,PREMIUM AND DIAMOND COVER)
Does Not Cover Any Damages To Your Car Hire if been Of Road or Crossing The Border To The North Of Cyprus.

IF CROSSING THE BOARDER WITH YOUR CAR HIRE RENTAL YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ,RECOVERY AND YOUR INSURANCE WITH US IS NOT VALID IN THE NORTH.

THE AREA OF AKAMAS IS NOT PERMITTED OR CROSSING THE BORDER TO THE NORTH OF CYPRUS WITH CAR RENTALS FROM COSTA MANOS YOURS CAR HIRE LTD

Main Driver And Additional Second Drive Is Free Of Charge.

Extra third Drive is For Daily Charge 4 Euros Per Day

Collecting Or Returning Your Car Hire Between Midnight 00:00 till 07:00, There is An Additional Charge 20 Euros To Be Paid To Costa Manos Yours Car Hire LTD

At Yours Car You Get A full Tank And Return The Same Level.If Car Hire is Return less of the amount, Yours car hire has the right to charge You For A full Petrol Up 80 euros

€20 in addition to the value of the missing fuel in the tank of the rented vehicle.

If you pay your reservation in advance, you are entitled to a free cancellation policy and a full refund.

Yours Car Hire reserves the right to provide a different car model to that originally reserved of an equivalent or higher model type.
