General Policies

Minimum age for Car Groups A, B, C, E, G, H, I, J, K, P is 21 years, for all other groups is 25 years. Maximum age for all car groups is 80 years old. For all drivers aged from 21 to 24 and from 71 to 80 an additional charge of €4 per day is applied (maximum 3 days).

For all groups, a valid credit or debit card accepted by Yours Car Hire must be shown for all necessary pre-authorization amounts as well as pre-payments and settlement of final rental charges.

ZERO Deposit

If Age 21 to 24 & 71 to 80 Years Old, There will be A Charge of Deposit or Excess According To The Group Of Car Hire The Client Chooses.
Full Refund Will Be Return If There Are No Damages To Car Hire

All drivers must be aged between 21 and 72. Upon collection, present your valid UK or EU issued driver’s license to the car rental provider. You must have held this for 3 years or more. If your license was not issued in the UK or EU, you must also present an International Driving Permit. You will also need to provide your passport as additional proof of identity. UK license holders do not need to obtain a DVLA code to share their endorsements prior to collection.

At the end of the agreed rental period, Yours Car Hire allows a grace period of 30 minutes free of charge after which the customer will be charged with a minimum of one full day rental.

No refund for any unused voucher value/rental days. Ongoing rental extension should be arranged with Yours Car Hire Cyprus at least 48 hours before the intended/reserved rental expiry, to be charged as per valid retail tariff.

All fines resulting from the driver’s misconduct are born solely by the renter. If the renter fails to pay them, Yours Car Hire  will settle the fine and will charge the customer with the full amount of traffic fine plus the non-refundable amount of the Incident Administration Fee (25€ per case).

Diamond Insurance Package

• Top up your rental car with Our Full Diamond Insurance package for only €9 euros per day and enjoy your holidays anxious free.
• This Package includes (interior and exterior damages, Tyres, Wheels, Windscreen, Underbody, Windows and Side Mirrors, lost of keys Collision Damages, Recovery .
• The excess of the Diamond Insurance Package is €100 euros.

Excess Liability is the amount determined by the car rental supplier for which you can be held liable in case of Damages to Your Car Hire, fire,theft of the vehicle, Damages Wheels or loss of Tyres, lost Of Keys or Damages Keys, Interior, Windscreen, Underbody, Windows and Side Mirrors Are Not covered by the Standard Insurance.

OFF ROAD
Any Off Road Damages on All About Insurance ( STANDARD,PREMIUM AND DIAMOND COVER)
Does Not Cover Any Damages To Your Car Hire if been Of Road or Crossing The Border To The North Of Cyprus.

IF CROSSING THE BOARDER WITH YOUR CAR HIRE RENTAL YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ,RECOVERY AND YOUR INSURANCE WITH US IS NOT VALID IN THE NORTH.

THE AREA OF AKAMAS IS NOT PERMITTED OR CROSSING THE BORDER TO THE NORTH OF CYPRUS WITH CAR RENTALS FROM COSTA MANOS YOURS CAR HIRE LTD

Main Driver And Additional Second Drive Is Free Of Charge.

Extra third Drive is For Daily Charge 4 Euros Per Day

Collecting Or Returning Your Car Hire Between Midnight 00:00 till 07:00, There is An Additional Charge 20 Euros To Be Paid To Costa Manos Yours Car Hire LTD

At Yours Car You Get A full Tank And Return The Same Level.If Car Hire is Return less of the amount, Yours car hire has the right to charge You For A full Petrol Up 80 euros

€20 in addition to the value of the missing fuel in the tank of the rented vehicle.

Free Of Charge

Yours Car Hire has the right, in case a customer failed either to show up or to cancel at least 24 hours prior to pick up, to charge client for a Late Cancellation / Non Show Fee equal to 1 Day charge or €30, whichever is higher. A Non Show is effective if the customer hasn’t collected the vehicle within one (1) hour of the booked time/date, unless there is a travel delay (given that a flight number and/or travel details have been provided prior to the car pick up).

Yours Car Hire reserves the right to provide a different car model to that originally reserved of an equivalent or higher model type.

Delivery & Collection Available on a request basis.

Minimum charge for Delivery or Collection close to a Yours Car Hire Larnaca Airport (Larnaca Town) is 15€ per Delivery/Collection.
